The San Francisco 49ers were slated to use the second pick in Round 4 of the 2019 NFL Draft, No. 104 overall, yet managed to dish off their first draft-day trade this year by sending that selection off to the Cincinnati Bengals.
In exchange, the Bengals shipped off the No. 110 overall pick, as well as Nos. 183 and 198 which both fall in Round 6.
Cincinnati elected to use the Niners' pick to grab NC State quarterback Ryan Finley, who'll compete to eventually take over starting duties from veteran QB Andy Dalton.
The 49ers own four picks in Round 6 now:
No. 176 Overall
No. 183 Overall
No. 198 Overall
No. 212 Overall (compensatory)
So, if you're excited for sixth-round selections in this year's NFL Draft, be happy the 49ers own more than a handful of selections here.
