We already knew the San Francisco 49ers planned to host both defensive tackle Quinnen Williams and defensive end Montez Sweat for official pre-draft visits. It turns out, those visits will take place this week, according to multiple sources.
Williams, an Alabama product, will visit the 49ers' Santa Clara facility on Tuesday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
#Bama DT Quinnen Williams, projected to be one of the draft's top picks, begins his Top 30 visits at the top of the draft. Source said he's flying today to visit the #49ers tomorrow. On Wednesday, he's at the #Raiders. ... Picks 2 and 4.
Williams might be an option for the 49ers with the No. 2 overall pick. The team is reportedly enamored with the talented interior defender. Although, there is still a lot of fan pressure for San Francisco to draft an edge rusher like Nick Bosa of Ohio State should the Arizona Cardinals pass on him.
Sweat, a talented pass rusher, could be an option if the 49ers trade down out of the No. 2 spot. No NFL team has approached San Francisco about a potential trade, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan, but the possibility remains.
The 49ers, like each NFL team, are permitted to host up to 30 players for official pre-draft visits at the team's headquarters. Unlike local prospects, those players are not allowed to work out for the team.

The Jets have a playoff-caliber defense. The addition of edge rusher Haason Reddick offsets the loss of sack master Bryce Huff. A healthy Aaron Rogers should keep the Jets' offense on the field longer and give the team a legitimate shot at postseason play.
Rodgers is a sure-fire, first-ballot Hall of Famer. However, he has not fared well against San Francisco. During his time in Green Bay, he was 6-7 all-time against the Niners, including 0-4 in
