This will be the final San Francisco 49ers injury report of the season. The team is preparing to play the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. Through three practices this week, the 49ers have been relatively healthy going into their final game of the season.

Linebacker Reuben Foster, who was limited on Wednesday with a neck injury, was a full participant on Thursday and again on Friday.

"He made it through (the week) well," 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Friday afternoon. "He's going to play. We've got everyone going so no one's going to be questionable going into Sunday."

The only players limited during Friday's practice were tight end Garrett Celek (knee, rib), safety Adrian Colbert (shoulder), and wide receivers Marquise Goodwin (back) and Trent Taylor (shoulder). As Shanahan said, all are expected to play.

The 49ers will be facing a Rams team that plans to rest a number of key starters on Sunday. Quarterback Jared Goff, running back Todd Gurley, and defensive tackle Aaron Donald are among the star players who will not play.

"We're a little disappointed that they don't have all their guys out there but that's not going to change anything for us, and we're going to go out and be the exact same whether they were playing or they're not," Shanahan said Friday morning via KNBR.

Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Rams. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports, which were provided by the 49ers Communications team.

Rapoport: 49ers send clear message to teams inquiring about Brandon Aiyuk

By David Bonilla
Apr 16

Ian Rapoport didn't offer much of an update on the ongoing contract negotiations between the San Francisco 49ers and their standout wide receiver, Brandon Aiyuk. However, the NFL insider emphasized one thing: The team is not entertaining trade discussions at this juncture. Reacting to Aiyuk's decision to unfollow the 49ers on Instagram, Rapoport couldn't help but chuckle at the latest development. This practice has become commonplace among players who are unhappy with their contract situations. Wide receiver Deebo Samuel similarly took this action in 2022 before requesting to be traded just before the draft. Things have yet to escalate that far with Aiyuk, but Rapoport sees his
