Modkins has been a running backs coach with the Kansas City Chiefs, Arizona Cardinals, and Lions. During his introductory press conference, Chip Kelly jokingly said, "I'm going to call the good plays and I'm going to have the offensive coordinator call the bad ones." Of course, according to himself, Kelly will be "the guy on the sideline calling the plays."
Flaherty joined the Giants in 2004. He coached the tight ends for the Washington Redskins in 2000 and coached among the college ranks from 1980 through 2000.
