San Francisco 49ers TE Vernon Davis will miss his second straight game with a knee injury. He also missed last week's game against the Green Bay Packers.

T Joe Staley is questionable for Sunday. That's bad news for a 49ers offensive line that has struggled all season to protect QB Colin Kaepernick.

The 49ers kick off against the New York Giants on Sunday at 5:30 PM PT. The game will be played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
