Three days before Chicago's meeting on Monday night at Candlestick Park, the team has announced eight-year veteran Jason Campbell will start at quarterback in place of starter Jay Cutler, who sustained a concussion in last week's 13-6 loss to the Texans.

After missing out on Eric Kendricks earlier in the week, the San Francisco 49ers may have gotten the help they're looking for at linebacker in the form of De'Vondre Campbell, who came to terms with the 49ers Friday on a one-year deal.
The 49ers appeared to have an agreement with Kendricks, but he backed out and signed with the Cowboys on Thursday instead. The team has since turned to Campbell, who can add some needed veteran experience at linebacker while Dre Greenlaw recovers from the torn Achilles tendon he suffered in Super Bowl LVIII.

Rumor: Ravens reached out to 49ers about Deebo Samuel trade

Rumor has it that the Baltimore Ravens have inquired about the availability of San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel. Jason La Canfora of 105.7 The Fan in Baltimore shared on his radio show that the Ravens reached out to the 49ers, but as of now, the Bay Area team seems to have no interest in engaging in trade discussions.
