Notre Dame may be one of the worst teams in memory to make it to title game if they beat USC.
* 3 point win at home against Purdue ( who happens to be 2-5 iin that powerhouse Big 10)
* 3 point win at home against BYU ( who got beat by Oregon St by 18)
* 3 point win in 3 Overtimes at home against Pitt (LOL - YES PITT who is 1-4 in the joke of a league called the Big East)

Beat Stanford by 6 (Oregon couldnt do that)
Beat Oklahoma by 17 (at Oklahoma, 77-3 home record under Stoops)
Beat Michigan by 7
ND defense gives up an NCAA best 11.1 points per game.

Kinda like the overlooked, under-appreciated, underdog 2012 SF Giants, but instead of pitching, we have that other thing that wins championships- Defense.

I didnt say they didnt have a couple of good wins. But, those 3 games above were total stinkers. I think they lose by double digits if they face Alabama We shall see how it plays out but I dont think it ends well for the Irish in the end

and you're clearly a homer. they should have lost to stanford, that purdue game lol, michigan isnt that good either. your only respectable win is over oklahoma. ive seen them play. they dont pass the eye test for me.

They're the #1 team in the nation going into the final week, but your eye test is supposed to be more respected? lol

We're also one Notre Dame loss away from an all SEC final again.

i didnt say you should respect my opinion, i just said what i thought and i think notre dame is going to lose to usc next week lol
the offense struggles and that qb isnt very good. plus, that schedule is filled with average teams.
did you really think kansas state was the best team in the nation coming into this week?
and i know im not the only one that has this opinion on notre dame football.

Hmm... sounds like what everyone across the country has been saying about the Niners. Oh, and the best Defense, too.
In 11 games, their D has given up 8 touchdowns to opposing offenses.

oregon should be #4 or 5 in the polls so they still have a chance.

Lol how does drawing parallels hurt your sensibilities? The two are very similar (hit or miss O & dominant D) , wether you can, or care to comprehend that or not, is on you.
