So with Theriot and Sandoval on the dl we have no choice but to trot Crawford out there day after error filled day. Is that correct?

Sorry folks, but that is two bad 0-2 pitches. Pill sucked going after Montero's ball, but it was hit way too far for 0-2.

MadBum went and did the absolute textbook "DO NOT THROW THAT" kind of pitch with an 0-2 count. What do you do when you have that count? GIVE THEM NOTHING TO HIT.
Instead, he throws it RIGHT in the guy's wheelhouse and greatest area of strength. Seriously I hate the impatience our pitchers get sometimes. That can get you killed out there. Methodically and artfully disposing of batters is the way to go.
