Actually it makes perfect sense. Notice all the top teams are small market. If you are a small market yoy HAVE to do all the things that comprise this list to compete. Bigger markets have more people, therefore money, to choose from so they don't have to be fan friendly. Teams like the Yankees/Lakers/Cowboys have such large followings they can pretty much tell the fan to f**k off (which Dallas clearly does with it's parking fees of $75) and they'll still be successful.
