Round 1: Spurs 2 vs Memphis 4 (Memphis Advances) @#$&!!

Spurs better come to play. Our guys missed shots but I must give credit to Memphis' game plan.

Pop better punish Memphis for running off the 3's. We get so focused with the 3-pointer and points in the paint when the 16-18 footer is wide open. Can't hesitate on that and hope more of those fall in.

Game 1:
FG: Spurs 40%; MEM 55%
3-point (Big surprise): Spurs 40% (not bad): MEM 60% (only 10 attempts)

The Spurs are a different team with Manu in the lineup. We are exciting, sensational, impeccable, thrilling, exhilarating, stirring, stimulating, electrifying, moving, rousing, sensational, breathtaking

Yeah, it was about as exciting as this:

1 2 3 4 T
MIA 12 38 22 23 95
SA 36 26 32 31 125

LOL...I hope you're kidding.

But, I suppose Spurs aren't as boring this year.

I bet Manu's going to be a jumpshooter/passer tonight. (If he does play ...)

Manu makes the Spurs hard to beat because he's a slasher, a distributor, a penetrator, a blue collar workhorse, a pest, a flopper, a shooter, and a clutch performer ... all rolled into one player. When he plays hurt he ceases to be a special player.

Still, I think the Spurs will win this game.

I think the plus is that his ankle or knee isn't hurt and it's his off arm. They should put a stiff brace on him that doesn't allow him to fully extend with that right arm. He can't fully extend it yet but he will for sure aggravate in a live game trying to get full use out of it.

I do have to say it's amazing how much this team has changed it's style of play this year. They look nothing like the Spurs of couple years back. They need to be 100% healthy to go really deep in the playoffs IMO. They should win against the Memphis, but it will be a tough series.

The analysts and commentators have exhausted the "Popovich/Spurs" transition to death. They talk about it in every TV game and will probably keep talking about it in every playoff game.

They will also mention how RJ completely re-learned the game after every 3-point shot he makes.
Will start drinking the Beer 1hr prior to start time.

anyone have a link?
I am sad. Don't have NBA TV. Can believe they don't televise nationally. Did watch most of the second quarter at a sandwich shop and Manu impressed.

wtf is up with parker and missing all these open f**king shots? God every time he gets the ball towards the end of these past two games he f**king misses and then they come back with a damn 3 to close the gap.
