Any downhill skiers on board?

Watching the World Companionships in Garmisch.

I can't ski very well, but it's fun to watch. I tell ya, its a lot scarier in person watching them speed down the mountain at ridiculous speeds.

Been there, done that. Not at the speeds they are going now but enough to appreciate the great talent and courage they have.

I will mostly stick to cross country skiing. An occasional "safe" slope.

I used to ski a lot back in the day but gave it up. It's hard on the knees and really expensive. I do follow downhill closely during the Olympics.
