I hate Pat Hill. Being a fresno state fan i've seen him cost us our fair share of games with his stupid ass running philosophy. For example we were down 1 to Nevada with 3 minutes left and after a game full of a well balanced offense he has us run it 3 straight times and then try and convert a 4th and 9. I'd wish he would get fired but that will never happen because he "motivates the kids"
