Just noticed... if you decide to have a son and you want him to be a dominant MLB pitcher... you should make his his first or second name Roy.
Harry Leroy Halladay
Timothy Leroy Lincecum

Absolutely f**king remarkable. What a ridiculous season this guy has had. If he doesn't win the NL Cy it would be a travesty.

That seemed so easy.
It was almost a foregone conclusion after the 6th inning. Dominating performance.
Side note: On the last play, what's the rule with the ball hitting the bat there? I thought that was an automatic out.

LOL I never said Strasburg was. I have always said Halladay was the best and predicted at the start of the season he would win the CY when most Giants fans were saying Timmy would win a 3rd. He is a pleasure to watch.

Nevermind, answered my own question.
Has to be intent....
Rule 6.05 (g) states:
A batter is out when...
after hitting or bunting a fair ball, the bat hits the ball a second time in fair territory. The ball is dead and no runner may advance. If the batter-runner drops the bat and the ball rolls against the bat in fair territory and, in the umpire's judgment there was no intention to interfere with the course of the ball, the ball is alive and in play.

That wasn't that farfetched considering Timmy had won 2 straight
But Halladay has always been in discussion for the best Pitcher in the game.
Shout out to Bengie Molina too
