The players agreed to the 50/50 split (it'll be a band between 51 & 49 when the CBA comes out) a month ago. Again, that wasn't the point of contention at the end of the negotiations. It was sign & trade, MLE, taxpayer penalties, revenue sharing, minimum age restrictions, etc.
