Soccer: C. Ronaldo vs Messi

Let's settle this 49erswebzone style.

I vote Messi, but I wanna see people's arguments before I lay out mine.

I don't understand the question, they play different positions.

Who is better, Pau Gasol or Kobe Bryant?

Or how about this one: Peyton Manning or Patrick Willis?

Messi! That little guy is fearless. Ronaldo has crazy footwork and handles PKs really well, but I'll take Messi easily. Scary thing is he's still really young and probably hasn't hit his peak yet. Ronaldo tries to be too flashy and tends to try and draw the PK too many times for my liking.
