^^Edwin Valero is always good on an undercard. Maybe that's what Paul Williams needs...to be on this undercard so he can be noticed even by the casual fan how extremely talented he is.
Just sucks how Pavlik "conveniently" hurt his hand, making him unable to fight this saturday, but unexplainably he's ready to fight two weeks from Saturday? Pavlik...just come out like a man and say you wanted absolutely no piece of the Punisher.

FIGHT IS ON! as of right now it's too good to be true. I have a feeling win or loose this may be Manny's last fight in the ring.

I find your lack of faith disturbing.
LOL, nah I am worried too......but what was up with the talk of Manny vs. George(Yuri) Foreman???? That would have been hella bammer.
I can't understand why Manny can't just put off politics for his later years...like 40 or something.

Bammer!!!
I heard somebody talking about how the people of the Philippines won't vote for him because they want him to keep fighting. I guess he ran for something already and didn't win because the fans voted against him.

Let's not get too excited just yet... Manny may have other plans.

Big ups to Pac and his camp for going for the fight at welterweight and making it an actual welterweight title fight.
Win or lose, the haters can shut that s**t about Pacman being a catchweight champion. The man's only fought at a catchweight 1 time his whole career. 1 TIME.

^^Haters always find ways to talk shi* about Manny.
The "catchweight king" nickname is by far the most laughable one. They talked about bringing DLH down to welterweight (when Manny himself was moving up 2 divisions)
They talked about having Pac fight Miguel Cotto and him having to shed 1 more pound than he normally does for his own welterweight fights, thus reiterating the Catchweight King nickname.

I have no gripes with him making it a catchweight fight... I have a gripe with CHAMPIONSHIPS being disputed at catchweights. I mean, s**t, if you wanna earn a welterweight title, the weight limit SHOULD be required to be 147. Cotto was actually demanding that during negotiations, he was like we either fight at 147 for the title or no title at 145. Which is what the case should be. But of course, the fight was bigger than Cotto, and the paycheck was too good. He really didn't have much bargaining power.
Granted from watching Cotto, I always thought Pac would KO him in the late rounds whether at 143, 145 or 147, but still... it just doesn't seem right.

i don't think it's lack of faith.. it's being a realist
i've mentioned it countless times.. i had my doubts about his last few fights.. but he ended up proving me wrong.. i hope he can prove me wrong ONE MORE TIME
