haha, are u guys actually watching the usc game? USC is one dimensional. OSU has a very good chance of beating them.

...and what is Navy? they run the wishbone.

Navy runs the triple option, which combines the flexbone and wishbone running offensive plays. Running this scheme is not as easy as one would think.

never said it was easy. making a point about one team struggling against another one dimensional team.

True, but your description of the triple option warranted correction. Either way, OSU underestimated Navy.

yeah my mistake on the semantics. but they definitely did.

i'm not a usc fan by any means, but this is funny!

I hate usc more than any college football team ever...

but this is funny.

I can't think of any team that gets rolling like usc does. It's sickening to watch, yes, but when they wake up, things get ugly quick.

Spread is only 7 dude...

Weird, all the OSU fans are too busy talking about us to mention their own team...it's ok, I understand we strike fear in the hearts of Big 10 teams everywhere.

I doubt it stays that way by the time Bodog posts their line. They suck like that.

But I wouldn't hesitate jump all over that, if that's the case.

No s**t! I'ma have to bet some cash on that game if the spread is only 7.

You guys realize OSU plays really good at home during big games, right? Even when they lose its usually by one score. You guys really should be worried about a true freshman QB playing in a stadium of 105,000 fans who all hate USC as much as the most rabid UCLA fans.

Nothing would please me more than sc going out there and losing, believe me, but very few teams can look like crap in the 1st quarter, then rattle off 6 TD drives in 6, maybe 7 possessions. To add, the way you guys looked today, you should be the underdog. sc has plenty of guys that can run down TP, but does OSU have the horses to run down sc's many backs? TBD.

GO BUCKEYES!

BTW- I purposely refuse to capitalize certain teams, as a simple show of disrespect. Right, laker fans?

The big games are almost always on primetime.

I just thought east coast teams used playing west coast teams as an advantage by playing the games early. (thinking about maryland and cal)

But yeah, figured it was because of how popular the game will be
Teams in the first week not as good as Navy:

San Jose State (who played SC)
Akron (who played Penn St)
Louisiana Monroe (who Played TX)
Charlston Southern (who played FL)
Maryland (who played Cal)
Washington (who played LSU)

A very tough test for the first game of the season with that triple option offense.

At least the Bucks scheduled a team of caliber (outside of the top 25). Not every schedule can be as easy as Florida, ND or any schedule in the Fudge Pac 10.
