First Bush and then Mayo, USC has had some major violations but the NCAA has sat back and just "investigated".
I also thought it was funny that ESPN reported the NCAA came down very harsh on Memphis and Yahoo Sports said they should have been much more strict.
Just wondering why there hasn't been much to do with different violations in different sports, unless USC is paying someone off to keep them out of the woods.

Why did the NCAA come down hard on Memphis but USC gets away?
