Nevermind saw that Sanchez is on the roster. Putting Dukes on there doesn't make any sense then.

He deserves it two (although hes been rocked his past two outings..but he faced the Cardinals and Dodgers in those two games)
Regardless, him Wainwright, Carpenter..hell I'm sure I could find a few others who deserve it more then Duke.
