So, Pujols is batting .328 w/ 28 HR and 74 RBI..and its not even the All Star game yet.

He's on roids!!!!

Its was only a matter of time...haters we're gonna pop in somewhere, so you might as well get that nonsense outta the way.

I'm not a hater, actually Pujols is my favorite non-Met player in baseball, and it would totally shock me if he ever tested positive for any performance enhancing drugs. I was just busting your chops. Of course you already knew that..

No, no..I'm not. I'm just saying alot of people on here accuse him of taking them..but, nothing has ever been suspicious or out of the ordinary..hes never tested positive for ANYTHING..done NOTHING for anyone to think anything..He's just good. And people like to hate

Yes, people do like to hate, I try to reserve my hate for the Yankees..

Fair enough

They have 26 championships..they can handle it.

Even though we're in 2nd

Wow...another HGH abuser. No test, though, so no worries.

All you "internet tough guys" stay away.

I may be in St. Louis the week of July 20 if I can get out of Pittsburgh in time. Any tips on good restaurants?

I'd put Mays, Ruth, Mantle, and Ted Williams before him. I would say he's top 5 I think he's by far the best pure hitter in the last 30 to 40 years though.

Yeah..I wasn't saying he is. Just kinda crazy to even hear that talk with a player that I'm living my life watching.

Khalil Greene goes back on DL with anxiety

Quote:
ST. LOUIS (AP)—St. Louis Cardinals infielder Khalil Greene(notes) was placed on the 15-day disabled list for the second time with social anxiety disorder on Monday.

The Cardinals purchased the contract of right-hander Clayton Mortensen, 24, from Triple-A Memphis. That move restores St. Louis’ pitching staff to 13 after one day with a dozen following the acquisition of Mark DeRosa(notes) from the Indians.

Greene is batting .200 with five home runs and 19 RBIs. His eight errors are one off the team high despite playing in only 47 games. He was activated from the DL on June 18 after missing 19 games.

Mortensen is the 14th rookie to appear with the Cardinals this season, and would be the eighth to make his major league debut.

Hang it up you depressed bum.

I know you probably are being facetious, but clinical depression and anxiety are serious conditions, usually involving a chemical imbalance that can be treated effectively with medication. It takes time, though...and this condition can affect anyone, regardless of stature, wealth, or occupation. Not lecturing, but I speak from experience as this condition has touched my family. It can be really scary.
