Hopefully he was trying too hard. He needs to forget this game and move forward. If he keeps dropping passes, other WRs will get a shot, he knows that.

Are you talking about the one where he tried to drop it between three defenders deep while ignoring the RB for the easy first down? To be fair, he got it to Vance but VMac dropped it. But, hey, if you thought you might only have one set of downs to make a play, maybe you'd have done the same, haha.

CK just doesn't scan the field as well or as quickly as other QBs. Today, Gabbert played more efficient football than CK has for pretty much all year. Gabbert deserves to start until he's hurting the team. That's why CK isn't starting. The easy mistakes were hurting the team in multiple facets, including the mental/confidence aspect.
