From first glance, McCoy seems like a better fit especially for some of the read-option plays considering how mobile he can be. Tolzien looks good too, but he seems to be more of a pocket passer.

If the worst happens and Kaep gets hurt, who would you rather have playing as QB: Colt McCoy or Scott Tolzien?

I think McCoy is more suited to our current playbook than tolzien. Tolzien, the immobile statue, is a great replacement for a QB like alex smith, but McCoy has the skillset and mobility to step in seamlessly for Kaepernick.
