LOL
Jackson is up to 990k. This is a prime example of people not knowing how to vote for sh*t. Personally, I don't think either of these plays should be considered the greatest of all time, but out of the two, Steve Young's run is far more impressive.
What a joke.

would think something like lynchs run vs the saints would be up for top spot

That play was epic.
I mean, an untouched punt returner running in a straight line? The best play off All-Time? I don't get it.

Jackson is in the finals which shows how stupid your average fan is. That punt return is so generic it isn't even funny. The throw from Alex to Vernon vs the Saints is 100 times better than that just like thousands of other plays. The fan voting pretty much ruins all this stuff because some guy sitting in his mom's basement is busy trying to win these lame ass contests.

Last time I checked Jackson had almost 2 million and young had like 700k.
This bracket lost all credibility when Jackson beat Lynchs run. But now it's just stupid

LMAO!! I love what one of the commenters wrote:
"This whole thing is a sham... Look at how many votes there are in every round. You are telling me that Troy's tackle got a little under 62,000 votes but Steve Young's run got over 10 million? This is what we call the work of a bot."

There are many players whos one play rank so far ahead of this punt return! Ala the great barry sanders, has a highlight real of plenty! Barry not only had no line but brpke ankles on his cut, shift, agility, speed ability alone! Kaeps playoff td run vs the pack ranks higher the jacksons punt. What bout the catch 1,2 ,3 tyres helmet catch? Freemans rolling catch on his thigh, hearsts 96 yd td run in overtime! The list just goes on n on! But a punt return? Lynchs run, imaculant reception, jerry has a highlight real in its self! Along wit ladamion tomlinson, corey dillion! Etc etc etc

As much a Niner homer as I am the Steve Young run is no where near the best play in NFL history. It wouldn't even be the best in Niner history. The Catch blows it away. The Catch launched a dynasty.
Final Four should have been
1 seed The Catch vs. 1 seed Immaculate Reception
1 seed Helmet Catch vs 3 seed Beast Mode
Winner - The Immaculate Reception, best play in NFL history

I definitely feel like a lot of the older, classic plays got way undervalued in this tournament e.g. The Immaculate Reception. I also think that The Catch is a far more immortal play than Steve's run.
BUT
since the chips have fallen where they have, I am all for Steve's run over Jackson's punt return.

Jerome Simpson's flip was the most incredible thing a human has ever done on a football field, hands down.
