with both smiths injured we were still a play away from winning it all
I had a torn labrum. The recovery was horrible and it took some time. I hope he is a quick healer.

Many people, including myself, called it several weeks before the playoffs. I cant remember if it was the miami, or the NE game, might have been before that, but alot of us knew he was hurt for sure.

He never seemed to be the same after/during the Saints game.

Could have been, but he still had 1.5 sacks durring the saints game, and 3 sacks combined in the two games after. Could have gotten worse i suppose, ho knows, but it was obvious he was hurting.

Yeah, I think we all knew he was hurt, and maybe I was specific enough. If I ever find that dang post it will be LOL .... I said that it would come out he was injured worse than we all thought, but the team played it down due to the severity of Justin's injury. At this point, I'm just glad he got it FOXED and (should) be ready for camp. I personally know how bad this sucks because I had this same dislocation happen on my left arm, but I was never able to get surgery done and it never healed properly. Knowing what kind of pain he had to be dealing with, and the fact that he still played out the year, I feel for the man. I truly do.

Tried to edit FOXED to FIXED< but edit isn't working for me ....
So he had surgery about 3 weeks ago, they say torn labrum time table is about 6-7 months.. I'd say unless he does dumb. Stuff with his shoulder during recovery, he should be good to go by September 5th...rite? Hopefully our training staff gets him ahead of schedule....

LOL ..... Ed Reed will bring the deer antler spray with him
So to me, I thinking he tore his labrum during the MMA training. Thoughts?

In all seriousness I bet the final tear/pop happened when Sproles flipped him.
Is this news? I thought it was common knowledge he wasn't playing 100% during the tail end of the season due to his shoulder.

Got it.
My Labrum is shred beyond repair life goes on... I had injured it at work and also pulled and partially torn my rotator cuff...I was in pain for about 6 months but because my employer was not really worried about what happened to me I couldn't do a whiole lot not even file a lawsuit because I had injured the shoulder about 10 years ago and the surgeon I was seeing had said there is NO Proof that what the mri showed was the injury caused at my work.... Anyway getting back to it with my shoulder being totally shred a year later Im back with NO problems what so ever... Thue it took a year but that's due to my employer taking their time with me medically and not allowing surgery so I had to deal with the mess...

and Aldon's in a lot better shape than I am so He'll be ready come the beginning of the season
