Resale prices will be like they are every year, depends on timing during season, i.e. if late-season are 49ers in playoff race, opponent (Packers are a home game this year, always command a premium), and if it's a primetime game. But I would expect the last home game will see signifcant increase in resale prices, and if it happens to be, say, a MNF game vs. Seahawks to determine div winner, etc., then you're talking playoff-type prices.
