How much is a team allowed to pay in "performance-based-pay" which doesn't count against the cap?

Congrats Miller. Now that we've lost Delanie, it certainly makes it a lot easier knowing that Miller will be returning. I thought he did a phenomenal job last season and hope to see more of him this coming season.

Miller played very well and we got a steal. He really had some excellent block all season long. The one that comes to mind is the one in the Packer playoff game agaist Mathews.
All the bs "Experts" were slamming Trent/JH for taking him and converting him to FB.
