Now that teams are going to hit Kaep Regardless, Do we still run the read option?

Are we going to continue to run the play and let Kaep take hits or will we abandon it? did the read option die tonight in new Orleans?

Kaep certainly did not look comfortable having a defender barreling toward him every time they ran it...

He played pretty well.

The read option was not the problem.

Did you watch the game? The Superbowl was on today :)

I mean it's fine for one game, but for an entire season? The defense basically gets to dictate where the ball is going.

Oh the point isn't the one game, it's fine for one game. I'm saying can Kaep take a season full of hits every time he hands off outta the pistol or are we going to do anything to address that?
