Like others have said, I also noticed it during the game. I don't agree with the fine, but I/we/Frank knew it was coming. The NFL wants uniformity. Frank is individualizing himself from the look of the team (in the eyes of the NFL). It's the same reason guys get fined for wearing special shoes. Crabtree has gotten that fine a few times. This is nothing different with Frank. He always has his socks down at some point in a game. This time he just left them down. One of the coaches should have told him to pull them up.

I think it's warranted. Frank looks unprofessional with his socks like that. Looks sloppy and unkept. Just the way I feel.

I would be pretty ticked if I was a player and got that fine. How much did Frank Gore make in that game? Playoffs are paid differently, so I think it was a substantial part of his paycheck.
