can you guys stfu about Willis? some of you can't help it but try to ruin it for others and always find negative s**t to say, get a f**king life.

I think the reason why Willis is constantly brought up is bcz typically he's everyone's favorite LB, he was my fav for a long time. But now I've come to realize that Bowman inspires me the most. Not only in his quality of play, but his leadership on gameday. Just watch that SoundFX video vs the Falcons and u'll realize his impact, there's a clip where he sat Willis down and refocused him, and another where he coached up Cox about winning his battle. He's like a general!

Willis leads by example and that's great. Bowman on the other hand does the same, and at the same time elevates everyone else around him.

Still was a liability in coverage against Tony G.

I got news for you. EVERY LB is a liability in coverage against top tier TE's. not being able to shut down Jimmy Graham or Tony Gonzalez is extremely common. Willis is still an above average coverage LB.
I SHOULD start a poll:

Who's better, Willis or Bowman.

Good call ALLTime!

So very glad he's locked up. Man, do we have a good FO or what!

Here's a dude who surprised me big time. How big was he when he got drafted?

His deal was character concerns.

I thought Jamie Winborn was pretty good. He had speed, just a little undersized. Jeff Ulbrich used to get run over and dragged a lot. Derek Smith only had one good eye.

winborn didn't play team defense and would vacate his assignment chasing the ball. he racked up tackles and occassionally he made a positive play but overall he hurt the D (similar to LaVar Arrington)

team team team is more important
Bowman is the man but c'mon, everybody should know that Brooks knocked down the 3rd down pass and Bowman did the 4th.

Bowman had another PD though on a key 3rd down pass for Rodgers.

A true Niner fan would know this.

This was written right after the game. I thought Bowman had knocked down both those passes found out later I was mistaken. Easy mistake to make.

No harm no foul but at least edit the post then.
Actually it was within the legal five yards so no he didnt get away with one. He had a good play.
All 4 backers are beasts. No other NFL LB group comes close.
