(potential) quality vs quantity vs us... they got three straight extra 1st round draft picks from the skins for the RG3 trade

they also have fisher who is a great coach. the only scrub coach in our division is whizenhunt. if zona gets a QB tho they will be decent. they have a pretty good defense and stud WRs. RBs are below average and QBs are s**t right now but with a few plug ins theyll catch up with the rest of our division. this division is gonna be hell in a few years. i think the winner of this division moving forward is going to be too beat up and tired to do s**t in the playoffs. easily the most physical division in the league already and its only gonna get worse

End of the regular season. Last regular season home game.

Go Niners!

Now, this is the type of positive thinking that I like to see! Thanks Rubber!
Unsure if mentioned before, but if so, worth repeating...

"The 49ers clinched the NFC West Division title for the 19th time in franchise history. It also marked the first time San Francisco has won consecutive division titles since winning the NFC West four straight times from 1992-95.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh became the 8th head coach in NFL history to win division titles in each of his first two seasons."

Merry New Year. Me head hurts. Too much Spanish Cava. That Lady of Spain is one good tasting champagne/sparkling wine though.

The only thing putting a smile on my face this morning is the realization that we're still the second seed. We still get a week off. I get a full weekend of playoff football without getting worked up with worry. And this makes me happy.

But me head still hurts.

That concerns me We need to score more so that don't happen.

Maybe Cundiff now haha
I don't want to play the Packers lol Everyone is talking about how we are made to beat them, but our D looked like trash the past few weeks. Hell, their best game was against them week 1. You would be a fool to think GB hasn't improved. We regressed on D. Russell Wilson passed all over us with his play-actions and rollouts, just think what Rodgers will do. No game is a guaranteed victory, especially against GB. Washington and Seattle can baet us too. We suck against mobile QBs and that's a fact. I do not know why people just think that will change all of a sudden. I am hoping a miracle does happen and we become the 2007 and 2011 NYG and catch fire in the playoffs. I want this team to win, but every other NFC team has just as good a shot as us at winning it all.
After re-reading that, that came off very negative. Now I will state why we can win it all to even it out. The offense is improving under Kaep. He is becoming more and more comfortable with Crabtree, and I would be willing to bet Davis will explode in the playoffs. I bet right now Kaep and Davis are working on their chemistry right now. Kaep must know deep down inside Davis is his best target and he must get him the ball. Plus, I think our run game will show up again in the playoffs. Jim is no idiot and he knows what needs to happen in order to win. It would also be awesome to get some nice ST play in the playoffs as well. If Justin really is THAT important to the D like everyone thinks he is, he will play. And if he plays, Aldon will emerge again and our pass rush will be back. Then our secondary will not be so vulnerable. I would say the D is weaker than the O at this point in time. They need to turn it around if they want to win the SB.
I can see it now the 49ers vs NE or Denver! please not the natty!!

We might as well lay over for the some of the divisional games with the Rams and the Seahawks. We get too banged up in those games so if we don't absolutely need the win then no sense in fighting them so hard. Beating us is like winning the superbowl for our division now and it isn't worth losing half our roster to injuries every time we play them. The Seahawks game was a prime example. We were exhausted and Seattle was fresh off two blowouts the game meant everything to Carroll and nothing to Harbaugh.
