LOL. How is our season disintegrating? We are 9-3-1 and Kaep is 3-1 as a starter.

Yea, and I'm sure some Arizona Cardinals fan said something similar to a fan that doubted the quality of their 4-0 start. The writing is on the wall people. This team has lost its way.

Please tell me your joking right?

More like found its way...

And btw our season is not disintegrating.

We're likely about to lose our division and fall all the way to the sixth seed from the second seed. We're probably looking at a first round playoff exit. This season has clearly fallen apart. And it's because Kaep couldn't finish the job against the Rams at Candlestick and threw away a game we had in hand in St. Louis. And yet here we are, talking about the amazing deep TDs he almost threw while we slowly descend back into our losing ways from the last decade.

So Kap missed a FG, a TD, and he didn't run for a 50 yard game to put them in position to win the game?oh and one could also make the argument the Greg Roman's end around play call was the Bain of that game considering the fact that the Rams defensive line had been getting massive pressure all game. The play call was not conducive to the game film.

How is this in any way comparable to the Arizona Cardinals?

We're "likely"? Nothing that you said has happened yet, so why should we pretend it did and react accordingly? And Kaep "couldn't finish the job" against the Rams? He came in down 14-7. He brought the Niners back and took the lead, after which the defense gave up a TD to the Rams which gave them the lead. Kaep drove the team back down the field for a tying field goal. In OT he drove the team to the Rams 23 yardline and put Akers in a position to win the game with a gimme 41-yard field goal.

Yes, thank you for this great summary on how Kaep failed to finish the job. It's also not like the game just suddenly ended immediately after Akers missed that fg. Kap had more chances. Certainly Kap wasn't the only one that failed in that game, but he had more chances to win it and didn't do so.

Um, it should be obvious. Their record was deceptive. Those who watched the games could see that they had a lot of flaws that would cost them down the road. Just like we do now.

So then you would agree that Alex Smith couldn't finish the job to win the game against the Giants in the NFCCG. He had many chances to drive and failed to do so.

Um, were you taking a bathroom break when Kap handed the Rams 10 points by himself?

Anyone watching any football can clearly tell that the Cardinals are nowhere near as good as the 49ers. The 49ers have a very good TEAM and there is no reason to believe that they will suddenly have a meltdown at the end of the season.

True, but he also had a lot more obstacles to overcome and was facing an actual good team (the Rams are not a good team.)

That doesn't change the fact that we have a lot of flaws that are likely going to cost us. Well, it's mostly one big flaw and it's starting at the QB position.

Well that team that is not good was up 14-7 when Kaep entered the game. So Alex Smith was down 14-7 to a team that is not a good team.

Ok, we'll just see how it plays out then. I'm predicting the Niners will beat the Patriots on Sunday.

I don't know why you are allowed to continue to post. You make your posts sound like it is constructive criticism of the team but you are really just trolling trying to get people pissed off. You state things like fact that aren't even close to fact.
