Just tape, baby.

I remember before we won games(before harbaugh) stats used to make me feel really fuzzy inside.

It helps me understand what's really going on.

What I worry about is statistics possibly proving our worst fears confirmed about losing Kendall Hunter.
The two back system is big for us....hope LaMichael can help, even if it's just forcing teams to play/respect us differently.

Not 100%. I need objective data to confirm what I see.
As you know, looks can be deceiving.

Great stuff...it actually REALLY highlights our problem areas/concerns to a T. Thanks so much for this.

Totally. W/o even the "threat" of a single run off tackle, the Rams defense just T'd off on us and dominated our OL with numbers. How HaRoman didn't see THAT coming is beyond me.

It's okay to use stats and the eye test to understand and analyze sports. It isn't a bad thing and NO ONE is saying it's the "be all end all" to everything you need to know. Not in baseball and especially not in football.

and yet the stats seem to be telling us things we are now seeing on the field. Particularly since the Rams loss.
