That's why Williams' injury is a big deal. It significantly shrinks our returner depth.
IIRC, our PR / KR depth was:
Ginn
Williams (out)
Hunter (out)
James
It necessitates activating James and probably Jenkins as well. Good luck rookies!
we will be fine if ginn can stay healthy.

Don't forget that Cox is also ahead of James on KR/PR.

Bummed about KW but what's the word on Hunter. Much more concerned with his status, although it didn't appear to hopefully be too serious.

Think they said it was a high ankle sprain.

Tough luck for Williams, Hunter out a few weeks with a high ankle sprain (apparently), and nothing on Walker. Now our depth is finally going to be tested and it is time for the top two picks to step up. Not great news, but not as bad as some other teams going forward towards the playoffs (.........see Bears injury report).

Agreed. Feel badly for Wiliams...he is a great weapon for us esp. on crack-back blocking (which is how he got hurt I believe; standard block), a good returner and obviously can be terrific in the slot when used/called upon.

I am very interested in seeing AJ Jenkins play---he is a first round draft choice. I want Kendall Hunter back by the Pats game if possible, certainly by the playoffs if it takes that long.
