Any update on Walker, Hunter, and Williams??

anyway to CC..yeah yeah it is his moment to shine...or more importantly step in and help the team when they desperately need him. We are going to need to keep Gore fresh for come playoff time. So Dixon and Jacobs are going to be needed. I personally think now with Hunter is out, as far as Dixon being 3rd on the Depth chart....he is going to be on a short leash if he is not executing plays.

Dixon is not going to make up for Hunter's threat on the team. I don't think he or even Gore sometimes, has Hunter's vision and quickness. But I do think Dixon is going to get us positive yards....4 here, 6 there, and some break out ones every now and then.

Also, like I said before Dixon's pass blocking ability and catching out of the backfield will help compared to Jacobs.

Also this could allow us to have Dixon and James in the backfield at the same time....we could call a surprise draw play with Dixon hitting the whole blocking someone for James....or a passing play where Dixon stays in to help block and James goes out for a pass.

I hope he can at least Block, did you witness the NFC Championship when he could not get 1 yard in 2 attempts. I am not digging this at all. Hope Jacobs or James can pick up the slack.

sorry dixon is on my s**t list since he couldnt get a 3rd and inches in the nfc championship game for us, since then i hated him, he is just slow and tries too juke too much too , just go downfield, your too big and fat to be juking.

Yeah...I'm not high o Dixon either. I won't just say "he sucks", but he's a big guy who seems to want to run like he's smaller. He dances WAY too much and never just puts his shoulder down to just drive into someone.

I'm thinking that BOTH James and Jacobs are active and they have specific packages for each guy. I expect to see James and Kaep run the option on more than one occasion.

Jewel Hampton has been signed to the squad.

Jewel is a tough runner. It will interesting to see if he is active against the Rams.

Losing Hunter for the season is a major blow.

I wish him the best.

I real concerned about Hunter. He broke his ankle real bad at Oklahoma state.I hope its not the same one.

And I believe the same player injured them both. There was some contact though Williams got mowed over, Hunter not as much contact as just getting his ankle twisted then Vilma pushing up off of his ankle.

Anyone hear if Kendall tore that achilles completely or partially?
