Interesting. Thanks for always clearing up financial matters.

Our talents have improved enough for the team to let him go. Good sign.

Both Holland and Mosley should make it onto the practice squad. Hopefully they can sneak Jerod-Eddie or Masifilo on there as well.

Swain's gone and we got a 7th rd pick for Colin Jones???
It's just so beautiful...it's a bit overhwelming.

8 DBs seems kinda light, I expect 9 at least. Brock probably makes it for now, but hopefully someone better comes along. I think Tukuafu is more of a lock than Ian Williams would be. Other than that it looks good. Not sure we go 9 LBs though, some talk of just 7.

They may keep Alama-Francis over Bakhtiari at OLB, he also had an impressive game last night, but that's gonna be a close call. IMHO.
An I think Cam Johnson gets waived and goes to PS to bulk up for a year. Little fear of any other team signing him based on his medical issues. I think Brock sticks at CB instead.

Gooden is listed as a LB but he's really there for special teams more than anything. With Cartwright and Jones gone and Costanzo not re-signed, some of these guys will have to play on coverage. As for Brock, he's a flat-out liability on the field and they can get someone off the street to fill that spot later in the year if they're that badly hurt at DB.

Tukuafu was a tough call. He could easily stay but I see him and Dobbs being a bit redundant. I could see him staying over Williams. IAF/Bakhtiari is a close one but they know Eric better so I feel like he's the stronger option for this coaching staff. I think there are some teams who would steal Johnson if he's exposed - too much talent and he got on the field for that 4th game. If they wanted to stash him they should have sat him with an injury concern.

Somewhere, Swain is sitting in a '77 Thunderbird, drinking a Natty Light and listening to "Free Bird."

Swain will get picked up by another team (Miami?) by the end of the weekend most likely.
