At this point I think the argument can be made that he is.
I haven't checked out all the stats, but it seems like whatever Ginn lacks that Hester has in the return dept is made up for on offense.
Thoughts?

IMO if ginn sees any signifigant action on the feild as a WR this season, it means we are in trouble again at WR. He should be saved strictly for return duties.

we have seen good reports from him in camp in regards to catching the ball,, but lets see what happens when the bullets start to fly f for real. i guess as long as crabs misses time, it should, in theory, give ginn some extra reps and practice and hopefully he will improve. I know that sounds easy in a internet posting

I just think that he is too valuable at PR to risk him playing at WR. IMO if he sticks on the roster, it should be strictly because he is the best PR on the team, and that is the role he should play. If we need him at WR because of injury's etc. thats another story, and in certain situational downs that would be fine as well. But there are plenty of other WR options ahead of him.
I do like what i have heard in camp though as well. But it will take more than a good camp to convince me he is anything more than a great PR.

i like what ginn does with returns and end arounds but i think hester can do those things just as well plus as many have said,, hester is better at catching the ball. i am glad we have him back but i am thinking and hoping that one of our rookies or kendall hunter can do that job next year

cant say that ginn is a better all around then hester because hester is so dangerous a returner sometimes they dont even allow him to return the ball. ginn doesnt have that kind of respect but hester is a horrible reciever. overall i still give the nod to hester

Tough call. I give the nod to Hester. Slightly better returner. Much better hands as a receiver.
I don't know about their fumble stats.
