I missed his roughing "penalty" that cost us 15 yards, did he deserve it?? Either way i'm happy with his play.

Eh he did hip toss the dude, but guy was shoving him. I thought it was a ticky tack foul BUT Aldon does have to be smarter in that position

I didnt think so. They were both going at it. Shame he got that 3rd sack taken away. Very good game, and hes still adjusting to full time duty. Loved the tackle on Tebow. This kid is just scratching the surface.

How is that not a sac on Tebow. He is the QB, so what if he was running the wild cat. He got taken down behind the line of scrimmage. Should be 3 sacs for Aldon.

Sacks can only happen on passing plays.

Huh...he is the QB. He could have at any point stopped and did his stupid jump pass. That should be a sac.

If they rule that it was a designed run they give him a tackle for a loss. If they decide it was a set pass play and tebo tries to run away from Aldon but gets stopped behind the line it is a sack. Comes down to the scorer.

^ I believe you are right. 2 sacks, 1 FF and 1 tackle for loss where the highlights. Also, had another sack that was taken away due to a defensive penalty (so did McDonald). Also, had the 15 yard penalty... the OL kind of started it but they usually get the 2nd guy. Can't retaliate.

Look at it this way: a RB could at any point throw the ball. When a RB is brought down its a tackle not a sack.

Aldon is the best pass rusher the 49ers had in a while.
