Everyone tweet Jed telling him you are disappointed in the 49ers stance on this. I did.

welcome to this morning .

Haha.

He does have a prescription for both the Marijuana and pills so there should be no legal action against those but the NFL still bans weed even if a player has a prescription. Stupid.
lol Really? I didn't hear about the pills part this morning. I was busy at work working and doing homework. He has a prescription for those? lol how the hell do yall know that? Sneaky dudes.
Now I wish we didn't trade Haralson.

Such disappointing news considering this is just a long succession of his foul ups. It kind of makes me laugh because ever since I watched LT play I always wanted the 49ers to have an OLB that was just like LT. Welp... wish granted. Great on the field and someone who just can't say no to parties and irresponsible behavior off the field.

As a 49ers fan, it sucks that he can't get his head on straight because pass rushers like this don't just come along every year. How long was the gap between Charles Haley and Aldon? Close to 15 years? The kid could be one of the greats but not if he keeps getting in trouble every few months.

On a non-judgmental note: I can't really get upset that a 24 year old kid with millions of dollars is acting like an idiot. As far as I know he wasn't well-off as a child so to get thrust into that world of money is a hard struggle. Even harder struggle when you're also quickly becoming a super star in the NFL and a major celebrity in the bay area. I know that when I was 24 the most important thing to me was partying and hanging out with girls, I couldn't even imagine how crazy that would be when its mostly insanely hot girls that want to party with you and how difficult it would be to say, "sorry girls, I have to go home to bed because I have practice tomorrow"

Just hope he can get his head on straight and stop getting in trouble with the law. After this a suspension is automatic, and with his history I'd guess it is somewhere between 2-4 games and with any luck it won't be until next season. I hope Goodell doesn't screw us and wait until January to suspend him

That's the thing though, he could still party and still be with insanely hot girls WITHOUT getting behind the wheel of a vehicle when he was drunk. Especially considering his past issues with these types of things.

They even have a program in place for players to get rides if they need them.

Really, everything you mentioned could have been done and it wouldnt have been an issue until he decided to endanger himself and others by driving.

I'm not saying that what he has done is OK. I'm just not being judgmental because me as a 35 year old man knows better. Me as a 24 year old kid did a lot of stupid stuff. At 24, you just feel indestructible and often think it'll happen to the other guy. Its just life, in those regards.

I can't believe that these guys don't use the programs in place to prevent this stuff. Absolutely no reason for any of these guys to get picked up for DUI when there is a number to call on the back of their NFLPA card to get a ride at any hour and as many times as they need it. Just stupid.
Time to trade him for Von Miller.

Yes lets all tweet the organization and threaten to not be fans, unless the team orders an execution before the court even makes a judgement.
