2012 Adjustments $982,519
2012 Cap Space $4,532,462
2012 Vet Credit $545,000

Dead Money

2011 UDFAs $50,000
2012 UDFAs $26,528
Philip Adams $28,924
Anthony Dixon $30,150
Parys Haralson $100,000
Curtis Holcomb $11,750
Ronald Johnson $78,165
Colin Jones $74,172
Taylor Mays $754,000
Scott McKillop $48,063
Curtis Taylor $14,970
Kyle Williams $19,850

Total $1,236,572

Keep in mind we would have $4.5M in cap room now, subtract 2.77M from that, and we would have only $1.73M under if we kept Haralson at that rate, and $1.73M is NOT enough to survive a season in case of emergencies. Teams like between 3 and 5 million for that purpose.
NOTE: Under this scenario, we would have committed for 2013 $111.223M(includes a mear $126,566K in dead money). 2013 cap could be between 120.9M and 125M.
thanx paraag!

non-guaranteed contracts = can be renegotiated/adjusted
I agree for the most part, but I couldn't see us going without at least one OL on the PS, if not two. Depending on the pre-season, I think we will end up with at least one OL on the practice squad. I also think if Holland stays healthy, he has a better than 50-50 shot to make the squad.

by then the cap better go up big time, or else the union will be pissed, as players who get offers and players will be cut left and right.

Had a hard time figuring the PS out, not sure how high the team is on Nelms, I could see a OL like Netter, Hall, or Beeler over him. Also interested to see how the team feels about keeping Reuland on PS, if they see a future in him. If not, that opens a spot for another OL.

If we did that we could have, RB Hampton, WRs Owusu and Palmer, OL Beeler, Netter/Hall, DEs Jerod-Eddie and Masifilo, LB Holland on the squad.
I'm impressed......where do you get this stuff?

Nice post.

Nice projection. Only one I disagree with is Will Tukuafu. I think 49ers are better off keeping Parys vs him. I'm also on the fence with Colin Jones
