I like the way Jenkins turns when he catches the ball. It's smooth.

Yeah... both looking good in shorts with no defenders.

Thanks for sharing. Does anyone know who 35 is that caught the pass behind him? Only 35 I found is Legree and it certainly isn't him.

Anthony Davis has much better leverage in this picture. Boone needs to get his a** down more. It will be tough for him to be really effective unless he's completely vigilant about that. I know from experience. I'm 6'6", I can get that low, but it's work and you have to continually think about being in that crouched position.

And who is #9? He's tall and athletic.

Or strengthen our core so your flexors can easily hold that position.

Ya, they're kind of one in the same. The stronger your core is the easier it is to hold that crouched position while still having the power necessary to jump/hit.

Look at the ball when Moss is catching it. Smith is throwing a receivers dream every time, no matter the angle or the rout. It is flat. No dip, no flutter, perfectly level.

Wow.

typical during the offseason

He will drop it if he tries to catch on the run. He's just not a fluid catcher while his body is moving around.

He looked pretty good catching on the run and breaking off huge gains against the saints and giants in the playoffs last year

You mean his favorite catch, over the shoulder jumping catches? If it was up to Vernon, he would try to over the shoulder a curl route. Hell, he scored a TD while jumping for no reason.

Don't defend him, his ability to be a smooth receiver is not dependable.

I mean the catch he made in stride to set up the winning touchdown against the saints. I mean the 2 touchdown catches he made in stride against the Giants in the NFC championship.

290 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2 playoff games. Get over yourself.
