The Facilities are up to par. Nothing wrong with them, Cant rebuild your faclities every 5 years
The Jets have a brand new stadium and If you're referring to Hard Knocks. I believe they just moved their facilties within the last 5 year too.
Its cylical, the teams with the worst facilties make an upgrade and then become of the best. When/If needed, the niners will as well.
