Give him Tebow or Kap and he will go back to retirement.

Best way to motivate him??? For the team to win and win constantly (using him, of course).

I don't think it was the right signing now. The first bad pass from Alex Smith and he will pout and want to quit. If we get Tebow or Kaep as others said he will go back into retirement. Don't see how this works out....

Who knew a legitimate question about the upcoming season would bring out so many jackasses? Clue one for Jackasses: Moss signed his contract before anyone even knew the Niners were interested in Manning. Clue two for jackasses: Moss knew that this team came a couple plays away from going to the Superbowl long before anyone had any idea the Niners would look at Manning.
Now, on to the legitimate question: the way to motivate him is to get him involved. Throw him the ball. Include some long jump balls in the mix. Throw him some fades in the red zone. This isn't rocket science.

Why does Moss need motivation? Does he not want a ring? Did he sit out for a year so he could come back and do nothing?

How about instead of a motivated Randy Moss, we have a Randy Moss that gets open. I don't think that Randy Moss exists anymore.

I think he's already motivated. Why make a comeback if he's not already?
He's not getting paid but can make incentives so theres that.
But the big thing is that he knows he has a chance to go out with a ring if he turns in an "old" Randy Moss year. If he can even come close to that form, our entire O will transform. No more double teaming VD, or if they do, he is one on one and so on. It would really open it all up for Jim and Alex.

Who cares. If he doesn't get motivated he doesn't get money. That's enough motivation.
