4. Keep Crabtree and Kyle Williams
5. Resign Josh Morgan
5. Resign Goldson and Rodgers
6. Add depth at RB (draft only)
7. Keep Vernon Davis
8. Resign Ginn (no brainer)
9. Don't cut Chilo without adding a quality replacement (shouldn't be hard)
10. Give Alex Smith receivers that can get open consistantly (see #2)
Can't complain about our wr's and then keep all of them. We let at least 2 of them go. And the who depends on who we get in FA.
Chilo is gone with Kilgore, Boone and Pearson in the wings.
like your rb depth with Frank getting dinged alot lately.
Yes I complained about them, but the addtion of a #1 recevier, IMO could improve the play of the others.
Keep - Michael Crabtree, Josh Morgan, Ted Ginn, Kyle Williams
Fill the roster spot that Braylon Edwards had with a free agent WR that can be the #1 one guy.

This is just me, but I want Alshon Jeffery from south carolina. Hes a huge Calvin Johnson type target who will slip in the draft due to a down year. But he had terrible QB"S this year and still worth a 28th pick. Signing Colston or Bowe just doesnt seem like reality to me. Wayne maybe because he will want to go to a winning team with a chance to compete but still Jeffery is my top choice. Also that pro bowl guard from the saints might walk this year and hes only 27 I think and would be a solid add to the right side if the line. Oh and keep Alex, Dashon, Carlos, and Morgan.

I wish that Kaepernick makes big strides in his development. I'm happy with Alex Smith's year, but that will push Smith forward to get better the way Joe had his best years with Young behind him. (No cost!)
Help Smith/Kaepernick by signing a stud WR in FA. This will also improve production of other receivers who won't receive focus.
Use remaining FA money to resign as many of our defenders as possible.
Draft: Round 1: Hard Running RB who can catch out of backfield (Gore successor); 2: DB (assuming we lose a good one in FA) 3: Guard/Center; 4) Speed Receiver/Return Specialist; 5-7: Sleepers who were once considered great prospects but became unsexy before the draft.
Draft 2013: High Motor DL to replace J. Smith.

I wouldn't trade him for a 3rd round pick he is a solid number 2 WR.

Keeping the coaching staff intact.
1 FA WR, did I mention a BIG WR
2 WR in the draft - one of who can return punts
Resigning our core FA

IMO he is not a solid #2, but thats just me. To me he is an average at best #2. Probally wouldn't start on half the rosters in the league. The reason he had even remotely average #'s is because he was our only receiving target all year other than vernon. Strong hands? doesnt matter when you lack consentration on the ball. His route running sux, hes slow as s**t, and about the only good thing i can say about him is that he steped his blocking game up.
Morgan is beter and way cheaper.
Niners fans must have gotten to the point where they dont know what a good receiver looks like after 10 years of bad corps.
No one would give a third for crabtree, and if they did we beter be sprinting to sign that trade contract. 5th is all he is worth. If we dont get something for him before next season he will just end up being released in a year anyways. If crabtree is a starter on this team or any extended period of time than Harbaugh and Balke will have failed to fix the WR position on this team.

Wide recievers. In the worst way, I want us to attack the Free Agency and pick a good one up.
Wish list:
-Dwayne Bowe
-Reggie Wayne
-Stevie Johnson (I think hes an FA this offseason)
-Desean Jackson (tough to decide between him and Stevie, but I like Stevies versatility more)
-Marques Colston
