While it is fresh in your head, give me your really short list of off season wishes

1. Resign Alex (multi year deal)
2. Sign Colston, Bowe or Wayne (pick 1)
3. Don't go near DeSean Jackson (bad attitude)
4. Keep Crabtree and Kyle Williams
5. Resign Josh Morgan
5. Resign Goldson and Rodgers
6. Add depth at RB (draft only)
7. Keep Vernon Davis
8. Resign Ginn (no brainer)
9. Don't cut Chilo without adding a quality replacement (shouldn't be hard)
10. Give Alex Smith receivers that can get open consistantly (see #2)

Resign the defensive guys and get an explosive WR. I didn't realize that we did not have any throws to WR except for a couple to Crabs. Not going to win critical games by not involving your WR's. At least Davis kept us in the game.

With Crabs and Morgan back next season, we need another productive WR or two.

1) Keep the defense together (pay Dashon Goldson!) but also plan to replace Whitner and Rogers within the next few years.
2) Bring in some WR help, need a quick go-to guy to complement Morgan and Crabtree.
3) Either teach AD how to be a big back or bring one in.
4) Think about a new #4 corner or if Brock is the real deal spend some time getting him comfortable with the defense.

If one thing became apparent in the playoffs it was our lack of depth at all positions, one more Draft and an entire training camp of coaching should do wonders.

MUST resign Goldson and Rodgers

1. Resign Alex.
2. Keep as much of this D as is feasible...they seem to play well together as a unit so there is some intangible benefit here.
