I'm very happy for Alex but not ready break out the Brady comparisions yet ... but he does remind me of drew brees and what he went through in San Diego

Alex Smith will be the next Rich Gannon.
It's true, if Brady were in this game he'd just get them in field goal range to tie it up, and then the game with a FG in halftime.

Tolzien actually switched uniforms with Smith at the end of the game. The NFL wouldn't allow him on the field because of the unfair advantage, so Harbaugh had to pull a fast one.
