The HUGE difference? In T.O.'s catch, if he drops it, we lose. IF VD drops it, we kick a field goal and go to overtime. Way more pressure on T.O., not to mention the level of difficulty of the throw/catch was way higher. Amazing play today, and amazing win, but it is not an appropriate comparison.

whats the point of this thread?

Just because Alex didnt fall down like Steve Young did and then throw doesnt mean it wasnt as good as the catch 2.

The catch 2 also had that Jerry Rice fumble controversy beforehand. This one was clean.
