Wasn't this guy hot in training camp, and preseason but got a bad break due to a minor injury? -I might remember him being the only scrub WR that could catch in preseason 'scrub' series.

You guys crack me up.

Edwards has done NOTHING this year and was going to do NOTHING for the rest of the year. He couldn't run. He couldn't catch.

At least this guy is healthy.


I like Hastings... being from Kansas and not to far from Washburn, I'm a biased fan of the Ichabod.... but Marvin is right, Hastings>Edwards simply because he's healthy.

Jordy Nelson (also from Kansas) is a much better athlete... bigger and definitely faster, so those comparisons can end now.

As for being a "white" receiver, There aren't many WR that I would take over Wes Welker and Jordy Nelson right now. I'll take that to mean he's a team guy, who will do what is asked, go across the middle, make the tough catches and won't be a distraction off the field (Vinny Sutherland excluded!)...
