Unless he is willing to pay 3x the current valuation, there is no incentive for the Yorks to sell. He'll have to bring something better to the table.

Its true. I bought a piece of the team from Jed (an old pal from Notre Dame). Like 200 bucks worth.
My first action will be to ban the waive from the new stadium. My second will be to re-sign Thomas Clayton.

Funny... indeed this thread appears to be real, and not a rumor, the contents of said thread however, may or may not be factual. So I will note that I think Alex Smith is responsible for this threads lack success, every WR/TE has dropped the ball on it and the OL probably completely whiffed on it as well. With that being said the DEF is a beast... and there is no way this or any other thread (real or imagined) is going to run on it.
