Our oline was bad tonight, but alex had chances to adjust and he did not othar than with his feet.

I seen a defense that did not dictate anything. Their running game dictated the play

By the way, anybody blaming Alex in this thread give him any props for the bomb to Ginn or was that penalty on him?

How bout your 6'4" wr not making a play on the ball in the endzone? What other wr in the NFL does not attempt to make a play for that ball? How many times have we all seen Megatron or whoever win on those throws? So now Alex shouldn't make that throw? Too risky for some of us now? Thought we didn't like Alex the checkdown captain? Alex did get rid of the ball. With 3 players in his face. And it was intentional grounding.

it was ugly, Smith was doing what he could to get away from the pressure. The pocket was flooded with so many black jerseys it was disgusting to watch.

I completely disagree. You O-Line were completely outmatched and that is what hurt us and I don't even fault Alex at all and I'm one of the biggest Alex haters around. I feel the fault goes completely to Roman and Harbaugh, they were definitely outcoached.

I can not understand them running (I'm not 100% sure but I think it was 5 times) on 3rd and long. That is unexcusable AND Gore was obviously having a bad day and they CONTINUED to give him the ball on 3rd and long.

By the 4th time or 5th time he struggled in the pocket, it was CLEAR that he had to make plays outside of it! I don't get why they still continued to have him in the pocket.

And I honestly don't fault the O-Line in this situation either and I too am an Alex basher (or at least I was) and I don't fault him either.

I fault this 100% on the coaching staff. They made no adjustments whatsoever to improve because it was obvious that we were outmatched at the LOS.
