SF the new Blitzburgh?

Not too long ago we all were thrilled to have guys like Julian Peterson, Jaime Winborn, Derek Smith, and Brandon Moore. All of those players were very solid at one point, but the crop of linebackers we have now is beginning to seem unfair to opposing offenses. I think in the next few years our defense is going to be seen as a dominant defense every bit as good as the Steelers and Ravens.

This post is more or less a post to give props to the strongest group of players on our team.

...and since we are all so excited to give nicknames, why not a name for our defense.

San FranBlitzco...? Lol

People have a hard time changing and adopting new things.

In 2011, the San Francisco 49ers are the most physical, dominating defense in the NFL.

This isn't 2005. The other guys aren't better than us anymore. TIme for people to start accepting that.
